
Over the past two months the TACTIC FLY ULTRA-10 platform completed more than 200 combat sorties across three brigades on the eastern axis. The data below is aggregated from operator debriefs, telemetry logs and post-strike video review.
Median flight time under combat load (1.8 kg warhead) was 21 minutes with the 6S4P 20000 mAh pack — enough to reach maximum range and keep a stable video link on the final approach. Ambient temperatures ranged from +4 °C to +29 °C; the pack held rated capacity above +10 °C and dropped roughly 12% at the low end.

Confirmed target engagement rate across the sample was 71%. The dominant failure mode was not the airframe or the link — it was target relocation between launch and terminal phase. Two-operator crews with a dedicated spotter drone hit 84%.
Operators highlighted the new 1.2 GHz video path as the biggest single upgrade — where 5.8 GHz was jammed within seconds of crossing the contact line, 1.2 GHz stayed clean throughout the ingress. On the 47 sorties flown with the 1.2 GHz kit we recorded zero total video losses.
Airframe attrition was 9%. Every lost airframe was either expended on target or downed by small-arms fire in the terminal dive; none were lost to link failure, motor failure or flight-controller reset.
The next production batch ships with stiffer 7-inch carbon arms, a reinforced motor mount and an updated ELRS receiver tuned for the 370–1020 MHz band. Delivery of the first 200 units of the new batch is scheduled for the second half of this month.
